By using Garrison Gardens’ services, you agree to the following terms.
 

Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once accepted by both parties. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Payment
Payment is due within the timeframe stated on your invoice unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may be subject to interest and recovery costs permitted by law.

Materials and Ownership
All materials supplied by Garrison Gardens remain the property of Garrison Gardens until full payment has been received. Ownership of any such materials will only transfer to the customer once the invoice has been paid in full.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the property and notifying us of any hazards before work begins.

Workmanship
We take pride in delivering a high standard of workmanship. Any concerns should be raised within 7 days of the work being completed.

Liability
We maintain appropriate public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided except where required by law.

Cancellations
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
